Macedonia Tract (#03019-004137)
is a 25½-acre tract of timberland located in northern Columbia County just west
of the Macedonia community and about three miles east of McNeil, AR and seven
miles northeast of Magnolia, AR. The property has been historically accessed
using a gated woods road running westward from state highway #98 for approximately
one-quarter to the southeast corner of the property. An electrical transmission line right-of-way,
about 100ft in width, cuts across the southeast corner of the property. The timber
was recently harvested from this property, so this property is a blank slate to
create your hunting hideaway! According to the USDA NRCS web soil survey, the
property has an assortment of fine sandy and/or silt loam soils that give the
land a weighted average soil site index of 83.5 feet for loblolly pine (base

Directions: From the intersection
of AR-98 with US-79 in Columbia County, northeast of McNeil, travel eastwardly
on AR-98 for 1.7 miles where you will cross the railroad. Travel another 0.2 miles and turn right onto
a gated woods road. (5-9-8-1). Travel
westwardly along woods road to the southeast corner of the property and an
electrical transmission line.
