Closing on each auction lot to be
done on or before July 31st 2026.
Bidding will take place through
an online-only auction platform.
Successful bidder shall submit a $10,000
non-refundable earnest money deposit per auction lot within 24 hours
of accepted offer.

Buyer is responsible for
conducting all inspections and due diligence prior to bidding.
Seller shall provide marketable
title and a warranty deed at closing.
