Fifteen
acres of wooded land in north central Arkansas have large pines and large oaks.
It has a deeded access road with utility easement but no power on the property.
There are a spring and seasonal creek that runs along one side during the
wetter parts of the year but dries up during droughts. The terrain varies from
flat to steep to rolling but there are plenty of spots for a house. Deer and
small game are plentiful. It is less than 5 miles from the town of Yellville,
7.5 miles from Bull Shoals Lake and 22 miles from the Buffalo National River at
the southern edge of Marion County.
