If you ever thought about how wonderful it would be to live on the Lake, now is your chance to take advantage of a great location and price on Lake Corpus Christi. These lots in the Barbon Estate Suddivision are combined to offer almost 1 1/2 acres of space with 2 of the lots are on the waterfront with a pier and water well already in place. The other 2 lots are across the street with a wonderful elevated overlook of the lake. Both sections are cleared and ready for your new home or vacation retreat. Think of enjoying that morning cup o’ joe while sitting on the picnic deck already in place watching the sunrise over the water and the abundant wildlife.
