The North Pace City Tract (#03019-03954) is a ±8-acre tract of timberland located in Ouachita County about eight miles northwest of Louann, AR and 2 miles north of the Pace City community (North 33.432989°, West 92.915696°). The property was completely harvested about 10 years ago (~2014) and has been allowed to regenerate naturally with mostly pine/hardwood. Access to the eastern edge of the property has been historically available via a dirt woodsroad running for about a half-mile southwesterly from the end of Ouachita RD 152. The topography is generally flat to gently rolling. According to the USDA NRCS web soil survey, the property consists of an assortment of sandy soils which give the tract a weighted average site index of 89.7 feet for Loblolly Pine (base age 50).
