This very diverse 13+ acres is ready for you to build, hunt and have a small farm or huge garden! Sitting in Genessee County and only a few miles from M 21 and I 75, you have an easy commute to the bigger cites of Flint, Saginaw and Bay City. There is a gate at the wooded entrance to the property that leads back to a small waterfowl pond that was created by the US Fish and Wildlife Service. Just beyond that is an open field ready for a home and pasture for your animals. The north end of the property is upland hard woods and lowland creek bottom. A small creek traverses the property from east to west. I jumped deer and wood ducks along this creek when I was taking photos. A small open area along the creek that is hidden from eyesight would make a great spot for a food plot. Lets take a walk!
