Walk
to the water’s edge of Bull Shoals Lake from multiple building sites on these
15 acres. There are over 2400 feet of corps frontage with the lake giving excellent
access to the water and to additional hunting and hiking. Corps frontage is on
three sides meaning no neighbors in those directions. This property is well out
of town and provides much privacy. The deer hunting is very good on the
property and just across the property line on the Corps of Engineers land
surrounding the lake. The land is gently sloped but should provide good views
of the lake seasonally, or all year with some selective clearing. A county road
bisects the property allowing for multiple entry points. One established
driveway into the property will take you to the corps line on the SW corner.
You won’t find many lake properties where the hike to the lake is along such
gentle slopes. There are currently no power lines to the property
