a mixture of natural pine and hardwood while the northern portions of the tract
contain primarily pine that is older.

The Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW¼ NW¼) of Section
33 in Township 11 South, Range 15 West, Ouachita County, Arkansas, containing
+/- 40 acres (Tax Record: 001-00722-000R)

Directions: From the intersection
of US-79 with Ouachita CR-255 at Bearden, AR, travel west on Ouachita CR-255
for 0.7 miles to the intersection with Ouachita CR-97. Turn right (northeast) and go 0.2 mile then
take a left onto old Ouachita CR-427.
Travel approximately 1.4 miles along old Ouachita CR-427 where you will
come to a sharp turn to the right (west).
Turn onto woods road in curve of road and go approximately 60 years to
the northwest corner of the property.
