Edge 40 Tract is in the eastern part of Hot Spring County, Arkansas
approximately seven miles east of Malvern and west of Poyen. Access to the property is fair from woods
roads to the southwest corner. There are utilities (electric, rural water, and
phone) on Rhinehart Road about ¼ mile west of the subject. Over 30 acres of this
tract was planted with loblolly pine in 2006. The remaining acreage had
abundant trees along a small creek on the tract and a large ROW. The Edge 40 Tract
has sandy loam soil. This tract is a great timberland investment or a place to
