Creek Tract is in the eastern
part of Hot Spring County, Arkansas approximately seven miles east of Malvern
and west of Poyen. Access to the
property is fair from woods roads to the southwest corner. There are no
utilities to the tract. About 90 acres of this tract was planted with loblolly
pine in 1987 and about 30 acres is forested along Big Creek. About 30 acres was
recently planted with loblolly pine. The Big Creek Tract has sandy loam soils. This
