Louisiana and about 15 miles from Spearsville, Louisiana. Access to the eastern side of the property is fair from a woods road running westerly from Parish RD 6609 aka “Gatson RD”. All the timber was
recently removed from this tract to provide opportunity to the next owner. This
tract is a great timberland investment or a place to hunt or just ‘get away’.

for about 2.5 miles. Turn north onto Gaston Road and drive about 0.25 miles.
