Access to the southern side of the property is available with a dirt woodsroad running for about a quarter of a mile north from Potlatch RD aka CR-29, a gravel timber company road. The boundary lines of the property are well-marked with orange paint. The topography is generally flat to gently rolling. According to the USDA NRCS web soil survey, the property consists of an assortment of silt loams which give the tract an excellent weighted average site index of 90 feet for Loblolly Pine (base age 50).
