TOPOGRAPHY: Farm is mostly flat except with low lying playa areas in the NE corner along the West side of the farm. Most of the farm generally gently slopes form NW to ESE.

IMPROVEMENTS: There are no improvements on this tract except for some old overhead electric service poles to 2 old irrigation wells that are no longer in use. Condition of the wells is not known.

WATER FEATURES: There two playa areas on the property that can sometimes hold water for limited periods during seasonal rainy periods.

FENCING: No fencing is currently present on this tract.

WILDLIFE, HUNTING AND RECREATION: General Area is known for mule deer, quail, and dove hunting and occasional whitetail deer.

SOIL: Soil is predominately Amarillo Fine Sandy Loam 0-1 percent slopes and Amarillo Fine Sandy Loam 1-3 percent slopes. There is some Randal Clay 0-1 percent slopes in low lying playa along with some Midessa Fine Sandy Loam 1-3 percent slopes, Zita Fine Sandy Loam, Olton Loam 0-1 percent slopes, and Acuff Loam 0-1 percent slopes.
