Buyers will have 12 months to complete harvest operations and reclaim all lay-down areas. Timber standard is 16″ DSH and larger, sold under the Kentucky Forest Conservation Act, supervised by a Kentucky Master Logger with inspections by the Kentucky Department of Forestry to ensure compliance with KRS 179.342 and 149.344. Purchasers must reclaim and reseed all disturbed areas, indemnify the landowner, and maintain insurance coverage throughout the contract period. Timber removal must be completed by January 6th, 2027.
