A 147-acre piece of pasture land just sold for $11 million after just days on the market. The land, which served as a cattle farm, is just minutes from Leipers Fork and downtown Franklin.
Property highlights include multiple large ponds, a spring-fed creek, beautiful views and 2213 feet of road frontage. It was sold by Cindy Garvey of United Country | Leipers Fork.
“I didn’t even get a sign up before we had an offer for full price,” said Garvey.
Garvey said the new owners are plan to develop the land and add multiple homes on the site. The property is just one of many large sales that Garvey and her team already have working in 2022, including a $4 million cattle farm.
