and further described as: Being a 1.06-acre parcel with a 960 sq. ft. home. There will not be access to the building
(home) on the property.
There will be a
10% buyers Premium added to the accepted high bid price that will determine
final contract price. The property will
be sold AS-IS with all faults. Seller
will provide a fiduciary deed, pay the county conveyance tax, prorate the
taxes, pay any delinquent taxes due, and provide an owner’s policy of title
insurance in the amount of the contract price.
Successful Buyer will be required to make a 10% non-refundable down
payment within 24 hours of the auction closing with the balance required in
funds acceptable to the title company on or before Jan. 29, 2026.
