The Buffalo Creek Ranch is located in one of the most
sought-after locations in Montana, The Bull Mountains. A custom 2283 sq. ft.
log home built in 2004 overlooks Buffalo Creek, providing unmatched early
morning and late evening views of resident Elk, Mule Deer, and Antelope herds

The Buffalo Creek Ranch is a very well-watered ranch with
diversity of natural water from Buffalo Creek (seasonal) and two developed
springs. There is a 35 GPM well that supplies all the structures on the
farmstead as well as 2 different rubber tire tanks for stock use. An additional
9 GPM well on the northeastern section of the ranch supplies cattle and
wildlife with water. Water rights are
available upon request and will be transferred to the buyer at closing.
Climate
Montana climate offers diverse seasons, with average
summer temperatures in the mid-80’s and average winter snowfall of
approximately 40 inches. The area receives around 13 inches of rainfall
annually, making it well-suited for both ranching and recreational activities.
